Halifax Police Report:

Go #10-2762 - Pursuit - At 8:25 p.m., police began a low speed pursuit of a vehicle in the area of Wyse Road in Dartmouth. The vehicle initially refused to stop but eventually pulled into a parking lot in the area of of Windmill Road and Jamieson Street. A search of the vehicle produced drugs and bear spray. A man was charged under the Controlled Drug and Substances Act and a woman was charged with possession of a weapon.
