At 9:09 p.m., a man entered the May Garden Restaurant, 136 Portland Street in Dartmouth, and asked the clerk to make change. The man went around the counter, pushed the clerk and demanded she open the register. The clerk ran for assistance and the man fled on foot empty handed. No one was injured during the incident. The suspect was arrested a short distance away and will appear in Court tomorrow to face robbery charges.
